Graphic violence, murder, blood and gore, stalking, obsessive behavior, organized crime, kidnapping, trauma, sexual content, and references to abuse and sexual violence.
Cassie has been secretly crushing on her mysterious neighbor Hans, completely unaware of just how much attention he's been paying to her too. Hans is dangerous, obsessive, and far more involved in Cassie's life than she realizes. When danger gets too close, their mutual obsession finally brings them together.
I absolutely loved Hans and Cassie. Their banter was amazing, and I laughed out loud so many times while listening to this book. Their personalities worked so well together and made their relationship incredibly entertaining.
Hans forcing himself to eat all of Cassie's baked goods because she made them for him was so freaking cute. Their little moments together somehow managed to be hilarious and sweet even with all the craziness happening around them.
Honestly, I don't really have anything for this section. I loved this book from beginning to end and wouldn't change anything about my experience reading it.
Hans was hands down my favorite book in the entire series. I loved the banter, the humor, Hans and Cassie's relationship, and all of their ridiculous little moments together.
I could listen to this book a hundred times and genuinely don't think I would ever get tired of it. An easy five stars and the perfect way to finish the series.
